World Cup 2010 Group E Predictions:
Group E Order of Finishing Predictions:
1 - Denmark
2 - Netherlands
3 - Cameroon
4 - Japan
We are predicting that Denmark will come out on top of Group E, which will be a pretty big statement if they can pull it off. Denmark looked very good winning their qualifying group over Portugal, Hungary, and Sweden. Morten Olsen is capable of leading this team to success and I think they will come out on top of this Group E. Netherlands may be the best team in Group E, and will make it on to the knockout round. The Dutch shouldn't have too much trouble with Japan (who they beat 3-0 in a recent friendly), and should get past a tough Cameroon squad playing on their home continent. Cameroon will play hard, and give both Denmark and Netherlands a hard time, but I don't see them advancing.

Group F Order of Finishing Predictions:
1 - Italy
2 - Paraguay
3 - Slovakia
4 - New Zealand
Nothing out of the ordinary here with our Group F predictions. Italy should have no troubles finishing first in this World Cup Group F and advancing to the round of 16. Marcello Lippi will have his team ready to compete, and should be solid on defense like always. Paraguay should be the other team advancing on past round one in this group. Although they don't have the most experience, they do have a talented squad that should be able to beat Slovakia and New Zealand to advance. Slovakia will play tough, with Martin Skrtel and Marek Hamsik leading the way for them, but they won't have enough to qualify out of the first round. New Zealand will show up to play, but don't expect much more from them

World Cup 2010 Group G Predictions:
Group G Order of Finishing Predictions:
1 - Brazil
2 - Portugal
3 - Ivory Coast
4 - North Korea
Group G - The Group of Death. This is the toughest draw that the Brazilians could have gotten, with both Portugal and Ivory Coast being tough competition. Coach Dunga will have his squad, including star players Kaka and Fabiano, well prepared for these teams and should be able to come out of Group G on top. Things will get very interesting between Portugal and Ivory Coast as they both have legitimate shots at advancing onto the knockout rounds. Portugal has one of the better squads in the tournament, but have been struggling as of late. The Africans have some top players themselves with the likes of Kolo Toure, Emmanuel Eboue and Didier Drogba. Cristiano Ronaldo has been having injury problems but will come into the World Cup healthy and ready to play. Portugal gets a big win over Ivory Coast and advances on, while the African team goes home.

World Cup 2010 Group H Predictions:
Group H Order of Finishing Predictions:
1 - Spain
2 - Chile
3 - Switzerland
4 - Honduras
Spain will make it on to the next round; No real prediction needed for that. Spain avoided a difficult draw, and are favorites to win World Cup 2010. They are an extremely talented team with star players such as Xavi, Carles Puyol, Fernando Torres, and Iker Casillas, that will have no difficulties advancing to the knockout rounds. The next three teams will likely be battling it out for second in Group H. Although Honduras, in their second World Cup appearance ever, have proved to be a solid team, I don't think they will be able to pull out any upsets. This will leave the game between Chile and Switzerland to likely be the deciding factor on who will advance. I like the talent of Chile's lineup, including Matias Fernadez and Mark Gonzalez, and have them coming out ahead of Switzerland.
