An awesome foursome ahead! - 'Madrid v Barca' in semi finals champion league

Real Madrid’s Champions League victory over Tottenham has ensured football fans will be treated to a feast of FOUR “El Clasico” derbies with Barcelona over the next three weeks.

These two giants of Spanish football always serve up a treat when they go head-to-head, but the stakes have never been higher than they are now.

The start of their four-game tussle begins on Saturday when they meet at the Bernabeu in a La Liga showdown that could all but determine who ends up Spanish champions this season. Barca are currently eight points clear with seven games remaining, meaning Madrid must win this one to have any hope of regaining the title.

Then, on April 20, the two teams will renew hostilities in the Copa del Rey final and by that point Barca could have their eyes firmly on a domestic double, something Madrid supporters will be desperate not to see.

And then it’s time to determine who will meet either Manchester United or FC Schalke in the Champions League final at Wembley Stadium on May 28. The first leg will take place on either April 26 or 27, with the return leg coming just one week later on either May 3 or 4.

With this mouth-watering run of fixtures on the horizon, Football News are launching our special “El Clasico” section, which will contain all the latest news and features on Real Madrid v Barcelona. (football-news)
